The conference venue is One America Square (17 Crosswall, London EC3N 2LB) and the nearest station is Tower Hill (District/Circle), Aldgate (Circle/Metropolitan) or Fenchurch St (National Rail)
Can I transfer my place to someone else?
Substitute delegates are welcome at no extra charge. Please notify us by sending an email to HBMevents@haymarket.com with the full contact details (name, job title, email, dietary/accessibility requirements) of the new attendee.
Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellation of registrations must be received in writing to hbmevents@haymarket.com.
Cancellations received will be refunded at the following rates:
30 days and more prior the event date: Full fee refunded less a £45 administration fee
29 days and less prior to the event: We regret that no refund can be made.
Any cancellations that still have payment outstanding will be liable for either the administration fee, 50% of the registration fee or the full registration fee, depending on the date and time of the cancellation.
Substitute delegates are welcome at no extra charge but we require you to advise us of any substitutions (including full contact details, dietary and accessibility requirements) no later than Monday 2 March 2026.
When will I receive joining instructions for the event?
You will receive joining instructions one week prior to the event. If you have not received this information, please email hbmevents@haymarket.com with your booking reference number.
When will I receive my conference badge?
Upon arrival please head towards the registration desk where you will be provided with a badge. Please ensure that you wear your badge at all times.
In the event that you lose your badge, a replacement must be obtained at registration. In addition, some of the exhibiting companies may ask to scan your badge. Please be aware that by doing this you will be providing your basic contact details.
Is there a cloakroom at the venue?
There will be a complimentary cloakroom for small bags and coats.
Are lunch and refreshments included in the registration fee?
Hot and cold refreshments will be available in the networking area throughout the day. This is included in the ticket price. If you have indicated any allergies or dietary requirements when registering, these will be provided to the venue.
Is Wifi available?
Complimentary WI-FI will be available for general web browsing and email throughout the event.
What is the dress code?
The dress code for the conference is smart casual and comfortable shoes are recommended.
Will there be photography at the event?
There will be photography taking place during the conference and the resulting images may be used for promotional purposes on-line and/or in printed materials.

Emergency and First Aid
In the event of an emergency please contact a member of staff from Haymarket or One America Square, who are located on all levels and at the registration desk on the ground floor.
In the event of a fire alarm, please leave your belongings and exit via the clearly marked emergency exits, where stewards will guide you to the meeting point. Do not use the lifts.

We ask all our attendees if they have any additional requirements as part of the booking process and make every effort to accommodate them. We're committed to making this event accessible to everyone.

Is the venue accessible?
There are no fixed induction loops fitted in the conference centre, however, induction loops are available in all areas of America Square Conference Centre with prior notification. This service is included in the cost of all bookings and no additional charge will be made.
The Cornhill suite is situated in an area which is accessible by 4 steps, temporary ramps are available for people who are mobility impaired; these will be fixed into position when required and in anticipation of arrival. Fixing the ramps in place may take a little longer if prior notification of arrival has not been provided.
The steps providing access to the Cornhill suite is accessed are standard depth and width and have colour contrast carpet bars and hand rails on both sides.
There is a wood effect non slip laminate flooring throughout the Cornhill Suite.
Are there any accessible toilets?
The disabled toilets are accessible via a lift situated on the basement level. The lift requires key card access which can be provided if requested upon registration.

As of July 2023, the organisers of Campaign Gaming Summit Haymarket Media Group, have been awarded ISO 20121 for its Sustainable Event Management System. Check out here the positive changes we introduced.
