Head of Content, LIONS Intelligence
Lucy steers the global content strategy for LIONS Intelligence, taking the lead on the LIONS Creativity Report, the LIONS Intelligence On… and The Creative Debrief series. Prior to joining LIONS, she spent five years at WARC generating advertising effectiveness case studies from around the world and presenting at industry events including Cannes Lions and Advertising Week Europe. She launched the WARC Awards for Effectiveness in 2021 and the WARC Media Awards in 2016, as well as running regional strategy awards in Asia and MENA, and managing spin-off reports and events. She also led WARC’s relationships with partner organisations such as the IPA, the ANA and the 4As. Before joining WARC in 2016, Lucy worked at Contagious for eight years following a four-year stint as a freelance journalist and author contributing to The Guardian, The Independent and Management Today, and co-writing a book about marketing effectiveness. This succeeded three years as Reports Editor at Campaign and two years as Associate Editor at M&M Global.
